Spiez Castle
Our wedding will take place at the picturesque Spiez Castle on the beautiful Lake Thun in Switzerland. The romantic castle is uniquely beautiful and offers breathtaking views of the mountains, the bay, and the castle grounds.
Due to space limitations, the ceremony will be held with only our witnesses and immediate family. All guests are invited to the aperitif at Spiez Castle and all subsequent program events.

Dresscode
We’ll be celebrating in evening dress and elegant suits, fitting the sophisticated ambiance of Spiez Castle and the Hotel Eden Spiez. White and cream are, of course, reserved for the bride. Black is also not a suitable choice for this joyous occasion. Choose from the infinitely diverse color spectrum; all colors are open to you and welcome!

There is a parking lot directly at Spiez Castle, but it isn’t very large. Our guests can also park at the Hotel Eden.

Here we come!
The guard of honor will take place in front of the exit at Spiez Castle. The wedding guests, and especially the children, are planning to welcome us with soap bubbles. Magdalena Töngi (Sophia’s godmother) will be in charge of coordinating the event on site.
Please note that any throwing of rose petals, confetti, rice, or anything else is strictly prohibited!
Bagpipe player Shorty
At our aperitif, Shorty – Daniel Schütz – will accompany us musically with his bagpipes. With his unique instrument, he creates an atmosphere that touches people’s hearts. We are very much looking forward to his performance! You can find more information about Shorty on his website:
Zeitoase - Familie Beate Seel
We’ve organized a fantastic program for your children at our aperitif at Spiez Castle and at the reception at the Hotel Eden Spiez. To ensure our younger guests don’t get bored and you parents can relax and enjoy our wedding, Beate Seel and her staff from the „Zeitoase Familie“ team will offer engaging play and activity options. A highlight for all ages is the opportunity to get glitter tattoos with a variety of motifs (don’t worry, these tattoos are washable and won’t stain). The play and activity program will be arranged so that you can always keep an eye on your children. Of course, participation in this program is voluntary, and the responsibility for your children remains with you as parents.
Beate Seel, the founder of „Zeitoase Familie,“ is herself a mother of three children and, like her staff, has extensive training and experience in the educational field. Further information about the „Zeitoase Familie“ team can be found at the following link:

After the photo shoot at Spiez Castle, we’ll head to the Hotel Eden Spiez together.
There, we’ll enjoy an aperitif and small snacks on the panoramic terrace.
The Zeitoase team will stay with us for the aperitif and will surprise the children with a new play area!
Afterwards, we’ll enjoy our four-course wedding menu and celebrate together.
Naomi - Singer und DJane
Naomi will welcome us with music for the aperitif, and we’re really looking forward to hearing her live as a singer! In addition to her talent for live singing, she will also accompany us throughout the evening, providing the perfect soundscape. As a DJ, Naomi will ensure everyone hits the dance floor after the banquet and sways to the heart of the evening. We’re thrilled that with her charm, wit, and fantastic playlist, she will transform our wedding into an unforgettable celebration for everyone!
Wedding dance - Elior Salsa Olé
Whenever we think about our wedding dance, it brings a smile to our faces – and we owe that to a very special person: Elior.
With a lot of patience, creativity, and an incredible sense of music, Elior created a choreography for us that not only suits us as a couple, but also touches our hearts. He turned a few dance steps into an unforgettable moment – a moment full of emotion, lightness, and joy that expresses our love in a very special way.
We highly recommend his dance school if anyone is interested in learning salsa, bachata, or kizomba.
Guestbook
We will have a guest book available at the Hotel Eden Spiez. We would be delighted if you would leave us a lovely message/poem/saying, or simply share your wishes. Special pens and glue are available (please do not use any other). Of course, you can also glue in something you’ve prepared if you’d like to write or draw something at home.
Photo mirror
A photo mirror will be installed at the Hotel Eden Spiez so everyone can take a souvenir photo. You’re welcome to include one in the guest book, and you can, of course, take one for yourself.

We are overjoyed to have had the opportunity to design our engagement ring, our wedding bands, and our morning gift in such a special store.
